$25 Course Enrollment Period Extension
The $25 Course Enrollment Extension Period permits a Learner to purchase Online Access to Course Materials for an additional thirty (30) day period. A Learner must complete any course purchased from MDMPA within one (1) year after the Initial Course Registration Date.
During the Initial Enrollment Period (typically ninety (90) days after registration), a Learner is permitted complete access to Course Materials on MDMPA’s Website Facilities. During the Remainder Enrollment Period, a Learner may select to study either entirely Online or to use a combination of Offline and Online Study. The State of Florida’s Distance Learning Requirements specify Online Testing for all State Required Pre and Post License Courses.

$99 Mutual Recognition License Course
The $99 Mutual Recognition License Course includes:
1. Mutual Recognition Course Textbook
2. 250+ Florida Real Estate Law Questions
3. Simulated State Exam with Fifty (50) Multiple Choice Questions.
To date, Florida negotiated Mutual Recognition Agreements with Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Tennessee. The Mutual Recognition License Course is designed to prepare a qualified non-resident licensee to successful pass the Florida Real Estate Law Examination – score at least thirty (30) points on the forty (40) question State Examination.
Note: No travel to Florida is required - a current real estate licensee from one of these “Mutually Recognized States” can take the Florida Real Estate Law Examination at a Pearsonvue Assessment Center in any of the above listed Mutually Recognized States.
